Side 1 kicks off with an obscure but non less irresistable slab of female vocal boogie from the golden year of 82.A2. Low Slung Disco does exactly what it says on the tin.....Gently easing in with some slap bass boogie before those glorious Vince Montana-esque strings drama kick in to hipnotic effect. On to the flip where we head to the Carribean Islands for some feel good sun kissed tropical disco with some obligitory steel drums for a dramatic finsh. We end the 12 with a holy grail Nigerian afro boogie obscurity which an original copy sold for almost $2,000 in 2006 !! GUYNAMUKAT make one track from the two different versions on the album tightening up the groove accordingly.
